Not impressed at all. Doesn't leave a smooth and slippery surface as other spray waxes do. I can't see the value.
Meguiars has another winner! Easy to apply and great results!
Extremely easy and fast to apply and the gloss is outstanding. Keep in mind that the cleanliness and quality of the surface will make a big difference. I'm not sure how it would look on older, single stage paints but it is incredible in modern clear coat. Will it last a full year? Who cares? It's cheap and so fast to apply that doing it several times a year is no big deal.
Not much to brag about with this product. Easy application. Decent shine. Not comparable to the protection of a sealant or the shine of wax. Ehh!
Excellent and very easy to use.
Highly Recommend! Superior shine
Okay product. Smells like petroleum. I'll stick with my old routine... Ultimate compound, ultimate polish and ultimate liquid wax.
Awesome protection and very easy to apply.
It works real good
Great sealant from Meguiars. So easy to apply and it's been almost 3 months and I can tell it still has a lot of life left on my daily driving car
Amazing shine. Follow directions carefully and then be prepared for a great shine, even on older cars.
Got this as a gift from a friend. I usually use klasse sealant and collinite 845 for long term protection. I washed my car and applied a thin coat of fast finish. I sprayed directly onto the panel and wiped down. Easiest finish wax I have used. The shine it gave was better than klasse sealant or collinite alone. I will start using this as the top coat from now on. Not sure of the durability, but that's why I'll still be using klasse sealant and collinite underneath.
Awesome love meguiar
This spray wax does EVERYTHING Meguiars claims it does! It is awesome stuff! If you don’t have time to do a buffer or hand wax, use this stuff! TOO OF THE LINE!
Great quick spray wax easy application and helps the water to be really really well on any of my cars paint are used to always use wax you dry but this is my new go to spray wax !!!!!
The best product in the market
This is the new wax to have. Weird that it is aerosol, however once you come up to speed on new car care products you will throw that old yellow wax in the trash!
Easy to apply and I actually can see the results while driving in the rain. The water was repelling of the car. I want to create a protective barrier for my new car from the weather eliments and I think this product will do the trick. I use other Merguiar’s products along with it too.
Great product thus far. Incredibly easy to apply. Spray onto the included microfiber cloth and just wipe over vehicle. The product flashes quickly. Apply to one section at a time and follow up by wiping off any excess. Time will tell about the length of time the products lasts on the vehicle but it's certainly easy to apply and looks great. Just make sure the paint has been properly prepared. Works well on my 2013 BMW X5.
Awesome...SPRAY WAX SPEED, PASTE WAX DURABLEOnly use on Towel then on Paint.
Genuinely surprised at how great this stuff is. I am old school and if it says "quick," "Fast" etc I tend to not be interested because experience has taught me that those sorts of products tend to give poor quality results. That is no longer the case in paint protection I have learned. After watching Scott from Dallas Paint Correction rave about this stuff on youtube I decided to give it a try and the result speaks for itself...I had recently detailed my Silverado using my seasonal approach perfected over many years as a car enthusiast. I washed and clayed the paint. Did some light polishing/paint correction with my PC DA and finished it up with a had applied coat of synthetic paste wax I wanted to try. About a month later I saw Scott's videos and decided to give this stuff a try before the Northeast winter hit. I washed the car and applied Ultimate Fast Finish in a few minutes according to the directions using the included nice microfiber towel. I couldn't get over the depth of the shine, then, about a week later it rained and wow! Now that's what I call hydrophobic!
Great product. I used on my wife's 2012 Subaru Legacy after neglecting the finish for 6 years in the Nevada sun and snow. It went on very easy as I applied it in the direct September sun (follow directions). The dark blue Legacy finish now looks brand new and water beads up like the car just got a $200 detail job. The whole process took way less than an hour and there was no hard rubbing or buffing. Perfect for the lazy person who want their investment to look good and last. Meguiar's says the product will last a whole year, so I won't have to do anything but wash the car for that time. Highly recommended!
Wow! This stuff is awesome. It is so easy to use, a little goes a long way. Leaves the paint very smooth and hydrophobic. Last a long time, paint shines like a diamond and is oh so smooth. Get this stuff, you will thank yourself for doing so.
This is extremely user friendly and only takes me 5 minutes to do a full sized pickup truck. I am pretty consistent with washing my truck, usually every two weeks, but with this product being applied after each wash I notice that the truck stays cleaner for longer as it helps to repel the road grime and dirt that builds up. I have to park my truck outside so a little bit of protection goes a long way toward keeping the truck in good shape. This isn't a product that will protect for 6 months but for the ease of application it doesn't need to. I reapply every wash and it's good to go until the next wash. I've used it twice on my truck and once on my wife's minivan. The bottle is not even half way gone. 7-8 washes on large vehicles is worth the price of this item for the convenience it provides. I would say this product is NOT for the person who rarely washes their vehicle. This is great for someone who details their own vehicle(s) as a hobby and does it regularly.
Works fine, goes on easy. Doesn't last that long.
Outstanding paint sealant! I washed the car with Blue Coral Wash And Wax Soap, clayed it with Mothers Clay Bar, polished it with 3D HD Speed All In One Polish, and sealed it with 2 coats of this Meguiars Ultumate Fast Finish and the results are outstanding. It brought out the shine and metallics in the paint.
A little goes a long way. Easiest wax/sealant I've ever applied. You should wash and clay your car at a minimum before applying. The product will last a lot longer on your paint if your paint is free of contamination. I like to wash my car first with Wash Wax All which is another amazing product for waterless and rinseless washing.
So I agree that this is just as easy to apply as a spray wax and my car looks great after applying it, but as with most people, the main reason I got this product is that I hope it will last a long time, hopefully through Michigan's brutal winter. If it manages to last throughout the winter, I will give this 5 stars. It also is hard to see where you applied it and where you have not and hard to tell if you need more on the towel or not.
This is awsome fastest wax job ever! Will purchase agin.
I'm impressed with the protection of Meguiar's Ultimate Fast Finish. There is absolutely NO buffing, no residue, and the finish is shiny and repels water AND dust nicely. Meguiar claims this is a "once a year" finish, but I have no ability to judge that - time will tell. The application is very easy - just spray it on the included microfiber towel, wipe on a contained spot of your car (half the hood, for example), then turn over the microfiber cloth and wipe it down. The included instructions tell you "a little bit goes a long way" in the spray. What I haven't gotten used to - even in the light sun - is seeing if you have actually applied it evenly enough. This finish is so transparent, it's like magic. But from what I''m seeing in the results, I appear to have applied it evenly.
This is one of the top brands for car care! They have so many great, easy to use products to protect vehicles. We use them on a truck, car, motorcycles, and ATV and have never had an issue. This quick spray wax works well if you are in a big hurry and need a super fast wax. I don't think that it works quite as long as a paste wax or is as cost efficient but it is worth it to have on hand when you really need it. It is great for motorcycles that have so many curves and crevasses. If you use this type of wax, you won't have to get the "white" wax paste out of every little crack.
In the family I have a brand new black SUV, a 4 year old black SUV, and a 6 year old sedan with a dark blue-ish grey finish, and a 15 year old deep green pickup. To be honest I've really not taken especially good care of the finishes on any of the vehicles other than an occasional wash with wax (e.g., Mothers California Gold Car Wash with Carnuba). When I bought the new SUV I decided to spend some time trying different sealers and waxes, and work to improve my track record on keeping the vehicles looking good. For the older vehicles, I always first used Meguia'rs Cleaner Wax to remove some of the embedded dirt and stains. I only hit one panel with a clay-bar. And while it did wonders I just didn't spend the time on the rest of the vehicles. I then tried six various synthetics and carnauba waxes (paste and liquid) from Meguiar's, Chemical Guys, Collinite, Turtle Wax, etc... on various panels of all the vehicles. Been doing experiments for about 2 months, so I really can't talk to the longevity of any of the products (yet). But the hands-down winner for a deep, "liquid-like" shine is Meguiar's Ultimate Fast Finish. It really makes all the cars "Pop". Its also by far the easiest to apply (significantly so). After I wash the vehicle, I dry it with Meguiar's X-Press Spray Wax (D15601) (watch the videos for this product on YouTube; this is a must have car product). Then after waiting 30 minutes I apply the Ultimate Fast Finish. The UFF takes about 15 minutes to apply to the whole car, twice. I have just one word for the results - "UNBELIEVABLE".
The Meguiar's Ultimate Fast Finish Polymer sealant has got to be one of the best breakthroughs in the auto industry market in decades! What really gets me the most is How this stuff repels dust on a car after applied. I use this product as a end of line last finish on a car. Much like others use a detail spray. I've used it as final sealant and also over other high-end sealants and the findings are the same as far as repelling dust. This amazes me on how it does this.It also a great product for those that don't want astringent interaction with their paint and so forth as you simply apply with a microfiber towel and then flatten out with a dry side of the microfiber towel, thus great for soft paints, etc. Also works great for interior such as dashboard and plastics in the interior and keeps dust and debris from gathering in those areas as well, and they stay cleaner longer. One of the best products I have acquired in a while and will always be in my arsenal of auto detailing products. Keep in mind this is an end of line product and is a sealant not a cleaner. If applied to a clean surface there is not many better or easier than the Meguiar's Ultimate Fast Finish that I have found to date. Great job and breakthrough Meguiar's!
very cool product works great...
First things 1st...this is not a cleaner/wax...it’s a sealant. The shine comes from what you do before applying Ultimate Fast Finish (UFF). So, make sure your paint finish is perfect before application.I love Adam’s Brilliant Glaze for the “wet look” shine, but it’s water soluble, so the shine only lasts until the next rain or wash. Applying UFF after the glaze seals in the goodness!UFF is the easiest to use sealant I’ve had the pleasure of applying & 5 months after my 1st application, the paint film is still well protected. And, the product can be “touched up”, if you have to polish a spot or light scratch between full details.Warning: UFF needs some cure time, as it is slightly tacky after initial application. It dries to a hard finish, time dependent on temperature/humidity. If you don’t have a garage to protect the finish after application, plan to park your car in the sun for a couple hours before driving.
good quality and useful product
Excellent results but you have to use it as directed. This is best used on a vehicle with a finish that is in very good shape. It puts a very slick protective coating over your finish that prevents contaminants from sticking. I don't know how long it lasts because I wash my car often, clay bar and reapply this about every 2 to 3 weeks. It not only makes the finish pop but makes it much easier to clean since the grime sits on top of a slick surface. Be advised! You do not spray this directly on the vehicle. You have to spray it on a clean microfiber cloth and apply it that way.
Very easy application and a great result.
Great product. Easy application. Will recommend to friends.
I would recommend it very little goes a long way. Great product!!
Good for spot jobs. Don't want to do the whole car with it. Still like the tech wax the best even if it's 10 years old. Goes on easy and comes off easy.
I purchased this from w-mart for $12 and change. I'm not sure why it's so expensive here. If I were you, I would definitely check elsewhere. That being said I really do like this product. I have a black car and when I first bought it I decided to go through the entire process of claying, compounding, polishing and waxing it. So now I have to keep up with it or the entire thing was for not.I wash my car every week and always use some sort of spray wax when I'm done. Purchasing this for $12 seemed a little pricey considering pricing of the competition(although $20 is really crazy) however I will say it's totally worth it. A little really does go a long way and it's super easy to apply.Originally when I used it, after stepping back and looking at my car I wasn't really impressed, however the next morning when I went out and checked out my handy work I couldn't believe how shiny it was. I don't know if it needed some time to thoroughly set in or what, but it works great. Alert eyes as opposed to tired eyes maybe? Regardless, it looked like I had just got done going through the entire detailing process. Not to mention when it rains it beads up like crazy.Since I use it every week I can't for sure say how long one application will last. I guess I'll find out this winter.I have nothing bad to say about this stuff. It's definitely something I will continue to use. Just remember to double-check that pricing.
Works great on stainless steel, mirrors, wood furniture, clear plastics and even as a cellphone screen cleaner.
Put it on one of my cars so far so good easy to use now time will tell if it works you no keeps it shine
this stuff works great will deft get again when needed
I am a true "car guy", having owned over 150 different automobiles since I was a Sophomore in College. I have always taken great pride in whatever I'm driving, and regular washing and waxing (and sometimes using a claybar) have been regular routines of mine. I used this product for the first time yesterday, and I can't begin to say how impressed I was. I did the entire car in about 15 minutes and the shine was incredible! I don't care if it lasts a year or not. Given the ease application, I would have no problem applying it every month. Two words of caution: Shop around. I found a $10 difference in price, ranging from $22 a can to $12 a can.
Great product- easy to apply
Excellent so far. I don't know how long it will last, but I will follow with the wax version of this to protect my car from the winter. Great shine and stays clean longer.
This product worked just okay for me. It is such like Meguiar's G7716 Gold Class Carnauba Plus Premium Quik Wax I've been using for years. However, its cost is triple so I'll stick with the old one.
The product works very well, with less effort then liquid or paste.
This worked well on my BMW and surprisingly lasted quite a while.
I've tried a ton of waxes & sealants, and this is hands down the easiest to apply and remove that I've ever used. It's been about a month and it's still beading water like crazy. Not sure it'll last a full year as claimed, but it's holding up well so far.
Realy a great product and gives a mirror glass finish on paint, also very easy to apply, just in 15 to 20 mins you are done with it
By FAR easiest product to apply, works great with black cars, it takes 5 minutes, can be easily removed with one pass... can't say much about beading durability yet but it is incredibly promising
Did not take off water spots. Did not seem to last or bead water after a few washes. I like mequir's products but I'd save my money on this one. Their quick wax works better IMHO.
I have been a car nut for at least 60 years, spending endless hours waxing them, and the Meguiar's Ultimate Fast Finish is the best sprucing up product I've ever used. I did my complete car, including roof and painted bumper assemblies, in less than 30 minutes. The car, which is over 3 years old, shines like new.
While I have been using mostly 'Chemical Guys' products recently, I had to try this product out of sheer curiosity. Like most Meguiars products, it has superior shine and ease of application. Only time will tell if the claim of one year durability holds true.Pros- Quick application, no fear of staining trim, great shine, easy to polish and takes a small amount to cover entire car.Cons- hard to tell what area is covered once applied, a very modest amount in the can for the price.I will report later on the durability aspect as I just used it the first time today on my wife's Kia.
Super simple to apply to the entire vehicle in less the 15 minutes. This leaves a great finish! Well deserved 5 stars.

This is my first time using a WOWA (wipe on, walk away) sealant and although I was a bit nervous trying something new to me, I am really quite impressed. Some background - my show cars already have perfectly corrected paint with multiple layers of carnauba wax coating it. No matter what anyone says, there is no other product that produces the depth of good old-fashioned carnauba. I typically use Meguiar's Ultimate Detailer to keep the finish looking good between shows and have been very happy with this combination for years. Fast forward to last week and I see a new Meguiar's product, Ultimate Fast Finish, which captured my curiosity. I ordered a bottle to try and did some research on application methods while waiting for delivery. Upon receiving it I immediately tried it on one of my cars. Since there was no actual prep work needed, it took about 20 minutes to do the entire car including the wheels. I used the enclosed microfiber towel and followed the directions provided by Meguiar's, spraying a very small quantity on the towel, wiping an area with the product, then turning the towel and wiping again to ensure an even application. It sure is different than what I'm used to - you see what looks like a thin, oily film that flashes (dries) quickly and needs no rubbing or buffing. Just wipe it on and walk away. As previously stated, I am quite impressed with the results. It noticeably enhanced the depth of shine and there seemed to be no problems using it over the existing finish. Since I just used it I have no experience with longevity, nor do I know how it will hold up with my Ultimate Quick Detailer between shows. According to Meguiar's it is supposed to be fully compatible with their other products so I don't expect any issues but you never know. I am also curious to see if it makes cleaning bug splatter easier and if it allows me to 'dust' the car as usual without any problems. I'll have answers to these as the show season progresses and will update this review if there is anything to report. But for the price, the ease of use and the results so far I would recommend Ultimate Fast Finish for anyone looking for a WOWA sealant to try. Bottom line, I'm old school but willing to try new tricks and Meguiar's Ultimate Fast Finish appears to be a good one.
Meguiar's G18309 Ultimate Fast Finish, 8.5 oz. Hubby loves this stuff and says he will never be without it again. Very easy to apply and wipes clean nicely
Holy Smokes!!! This is the best finish EVER!!!I used this as a final coat after doing a 5 step cleaning and clay treatment you can see all the steps in my review of the NXT Generation Tech Wax 2.0. But I did add a step. I used the foam cannon, Chemical Guys ACC_326 Foam Blaster 6 Foam Wash Gun after rinsing I foamed it down and let the foam drip off then applied the foam again, and did the wipe with the mitt. The big difference is that the foam degreased the car, and pulled the dirt off, so when I washed it, it was faster as the soap was on the car, not the bucket. A real time saver. The point here is that starting with a real clean car is super important. I let the car dry COMPLETELY for a couple of hours then I applied 2 coats of the Meguiar's G17516 Ultimate Quik Wax . I had done See my review of the tech wax here Meguiar's G12718 NXT Generation Tech Wax 2.0 - 18 oz. the last time I cleaned her car. That was easy enough right? Now the fun begins. The Honda is looking pretty good by this time, so now I use Meguiar's G18309 Ultimate Fast Finish, 8.5 oz. Let me tell you it is the easiest fastest, sweetest final finish EVER!!! Spray a little into the cloth, Wipe on Wipe off, buffing optional. I did the whole car, in about 15 minutes, pulled it out into the sun, My wife came out and her first words were:"WOW it looks like Liquid Blue Candy"PRO: Super easy Wax on, Wax offCON: None really, Wear a glove so you do not absorb it through your skin. Use in shade. Not really a con.Just take the time to really clean your car first. Do the clay, and get a couple of base coats on. Then you can seal it with Meguiar's G18309 Ultimate Fast Finish.I love how all the Meguiar's Products are first of all Compatible with each other, I favor the Ultimate line, and second they do no harm to the finish, Third, you can get Professional results at home in your own garage. Take a look at PIX that is a 13 year old Honda Daily driver, only Meguiar's since day one. And no I do not work for Meguiar's, I am just very happy with the results from their whole line!VOTE thumbs UP IF YOU FOUND THIS HELPFUL
Very easy to apply. Leaves the surface very slick. Doesn't remove any bugs or other surface blemishes while applying. Yet to see how long it remains on the paint. After a few washes it seems to be vanishing.
Total game changer! I love it.
When they said "Fast Finish", they really meant it. Now I have wax-like protection for my paint, and it only took approximately 10 minutes to apply to my whole Miata. Definitely fast, and it definitely leaves a nice finish.Taking away 1 star, because the aerosol can they use for it is kind of crappy. Takes a hard push to get a good spray out of it, and it also has a tendency to drip from the nozzle. Thus, you may end up with overspray on your car if you're not careful.
This stuff is great. To be clear, you need to start with a good finish. It won't do anything for damaged paint. However, it is quick and easy. The results are wonderful.
This was purchased because of the positive reviews. Even though I applied it per the directions,I didn't get the same results as other reviewers. After applying this I saw no difference in the depth or shine. The next day it rained and the water droplets did not stream off as shown in the video. It's very expensive but I thought it would be well worth it for a quick easy product to shine and protect my car's finish. But I was disappointed and would not recommend at any price.
